Payment & Refund
- Currently, we only accept PayPal payment, It is safe and convenient.
- We will accept other payments such as Stipe in future so that customers can make payment more convenient.
Accept Refund: (if applicable)
1, Order Cancelled before Shipping:
If you cancel the order before it's shipped, (handing time is 3-5 work days normally.) Your payment will be refunded directly by the same route.
2, Order Return:
If you want the order return to us, read our return policy first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed at once, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund long time after processing:
- First check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

None-refundable items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items could be refunded, unfortunately sale items and gifts cannot be refunded.
