Order & Payment

How can I place an order?

Step 1: Log in your user account. If you don't have the account yet, Please click the user buttom on the right top to register one.

Step 2: You can click 'BUY IT NOW' on the product page and go to Checkout Page directly if you only want to purchase one.

Step 3: If you would like to purchase more than one items, please add them into your Shopping Cart first. Then go to Shopping Cart (Button is on the right top of pages) and check out when your item selection is done.

Step 4: Complete your shipping and billing information.

Step 5: Fill payment information to complete the purchase. We accept PAYPAL and Credit Card Payment.

Can I modify address or cancel my order?

Shipping address could be modified before order being shipped out. Order could also be cancelled by yourself before shipping.

Please Note: Order can't be cancelled once it's shipped out. You could contact us if you need help.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Credit Card of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card, PayPal, and Online Bank Transfer such as Western Union.

Shipping & Delivery

How long can I expect delivery after I place an order?

We need 1-3 days to process the order. If you chose standard shipping, normally it takes 10-15 days to arrive, For express shipping, it takes 3-7 days to arrive.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 epidemic influence, there is a shortage of global transport resource which may delay your order. Please be a little more patience when your order can't arrive on time.

Where could I track my order?

We will send the tracking No. via E-mail once the order been shipped. You can also get the tracking No. in order details. It could be tracked on https://www.17track.net/en.

Why the tracking info shows my order has been retruned?

First, we are sorry for that inconvenience. It may be caused by invalid shipping address or other shipping info. You could contact to our customer service for help.

I ordered several items, Why only received one of them?

For multiple product orders, sometimes we ship in more than one packages. So please wait a few more days, you will receive all of them.

What should I do if my parcel is detained by the customs?

First, Please contact your local customs ask for details. If can't solve the problem, Please contact us, we will do our best to help you out.

What if I didn't receive the package or the package was lost?

There are many reasons for the loss of a package, such as the loss caused by the shipping carrier, package send to the wrong place, or some force majeure caused the loss. If happens unfortunately, please contact us for assistance.

Return & Refund

What is your after-sales service policy?

1, You can apply return or exchange within 15 days after receiving the items. We will make refund or change the item for you after we receive the return. Return or exchange products must be in good condition and resaleable.

2, If you receive a wrong or not as described or damaged items, Please send us the pictures of order to confirm. We will make full refund for you or resend the order after confirmed.

3, A slight flaws for some artworks are normal, do not apply to the return policy of damaged products.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us via E-mail or WhatsApp first for return address. Then use your local logistics provider to return the item and send the tracking No. to us.

Who will pay the return freight?

1, If you receive the wrong item or not as described, we will pay the freight. We will add the return freight to the total amount of the order for the refund after receive your return.

2, If there is no problem with the items we shipped, and you want to return or exchange anyway, the buyer will pay for the freight.

2, If you receive damaged items, we will make full refund for you and you do not need to return it.

Hong long does it take for me to receive the refund?

Generally, it depends on the payment method you used when placed order. According to our experience, credit and debit card payment orders will take 7-15 days, PayPal payment orders will be take 3-7 days.

Promos

What promotions do you have now?

When you sign up for a buyer account, you will receive three coupons totaling $50, which can be used for different amounts of orders.

We will also offer a 5% discount for orders over $100.

Can I ask for a discount before purchasing?

In general, we do not offer additional discounts for separate orders. If your order amout is high, you can contact us and we will offer you a reasonable discount code based on the amount of your order if possible.

I forgot to use the coupon when purchasing, Can I add it after?

Sorry, coupon can't be added once an order is placed. But you can cancel the order and get a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped, then the coupon can be used for the new order.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

Sorry, we can't offer COD now.

Account

Is the buyer's account required for the purchase?

Yes. It's required. If you have not registered a buyer account, we will not be able to provide order service for you.

Why I can't login my buyer account?

1. Make sure the account email address and password are correct.

2. We support multi ways to login: Email address, Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Amazon account, please make sure using the correct account to login.

3. If you forgot password, click 'Forgot your password' button on login page to reset.

4, If you still can't login after checking for all possible problems, contact us for further help.

Why I can't find my order history in my account?

Please make sure you login the right accout cause we support several ways to login. Contact us if needed when you still have that problem.

Can I change my account details?

You can edit or change your account details through 'My Account' setting.

Note: Email address can't be changed after registration is completed. Please contact us to delete your account if necessary.
